The apartment had a cozy vibe, making me feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. Having a washing machine was a game-changer, allowing me to pack light and stay fresh throughout my trip.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV a bit too small. But hey, that's just me!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the shower was also very clean with a convenient washing machine. the balcony provided a nice view of the street and you could even see the trams passing by. the location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the beach and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Dislikes or Worst aspects: There was some noise from the street at night which may disturb light sleepers, but it wasn't a major issue.

Well-placed for beach and tram to airport. 20 minute walk to old town and train station. Supermarkets nearby. Comfortable bed. Enjoyable trip.

The location of the studio is great, just a few steps away from the beach. The apartment at Cosy Studio 200 M From Nice Beach & Promenade Des Anglais is just what I needed for my vacation. The room has a flat-screen TV, which made my karaoke nights even more fun! I could sing my heart out and enjoy my favorite shows. It added a cozy touch to the whole experience.

Honestly, the only thing I liked less was the kitchen. It's not a deal-breaker, but I prefer eating out.

I always choose this place for my stay in Nice. The staff even helped me find my lost jewel. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back!
